Over the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading large manufacturing and distribution businesses across the Americas, working with incredible teams to solve tough problems, grow revenue, and create opportunities for people. Along the way, I learned that the real joy in business comes from building — building teams, building companies, and building trust.
I started The DeHart Company as a way to take that passion and apply it on a more personal scale — acquiring great small and mid-sized businesses, honoring the legacies of their founders, and helping them reach their next stage of growth. I’m an operator at heart, which means I roll up my sleeves and get involved. I’m not looking to just own businesses — I’m looking to improve them, strengthen them, and keep them thriving for decades to come.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my wife Charlotte, and our 3 young boys, usually outdoors or planning our next adventure. Family, freedom, and integrity aren’t just values to me — they are the reasons I do what I do.
